Took away coupons from phone. So why bother have the app?

If youre going to force people to create accounts in order to let them use coupons, maybe you should create an app where you can actually login without getting errors over and over. Whether logging into an existing account [with the right password] or trying to create a new account, it just gives errors after loading forever. Total waste of time!

Shitty excuse for an app

"Unable to join server" It was very laggy and slow to use. Now its "unable to join server" or it crash

Why register? Other fast food chains dont require log-in for coupons or specials of the week. Great idea for online coupons but bad idea to register.

Update: Your mobile app went from being simple to use to being complicated and irritating. Cant get a value meal for a set price, now its $1.50 off and I have to tell them its an ONLINE coupon when I order, to differentiate between that and the cut-out coupons. And the cashiers scanner doesnt work, but she still has to try scanning before typing it in manually. Felt sorry for her for the giant pain in the backside. Kudos to her for her friendliness and patience. What a bother. Id rather pay full price at Tim Hortons. ------------- It used to be simple and pointless, now you have to create an account, so its more complicated and pointless. No offers in the App right now, but it offers a link to their mailer coupon site, where you can go back to the 20th century and print them out. Cant use them at the drive through, just the kiosk.

i cant even get passed the first step to find the nearest mcdonalds store says its unavailable. stuck on the page and cant do anything else

Why do we have to sign in!

I cant even get the app to register me! These are the times one wants to throw the phone at the wall but instead I will delete the app.

After download the new version the app´s say is not compatible with ios7 and recommend download the previous version working with ios7. The new version start and ask for download the new version. Im in a loop !!!

They removed the coupons in the app when sent by mail. I usually trash the coupon I get in the mail and only use the app but its not an option anymore. Very disappointed. Bad marketing...

My app keeps asking to update but I cant because in iPhone 4 and iOS 7. Cant even open the app now. Delete app since its useless now!!!

Have to create an account to use the coupons because they sell our information to other companies. Smh no thank you.

I downloaded this so i dont have to bring coupons since this app is more convenient then now you have to make it exclusive and register to get your mail spammed

I am not too sure why the uproar over creating an account. Starbucks and Tim Hortons both require that as well. Anyways, it would be great to have a reloadable card that can be in the iPhone wallet for easy payment.

Dont waste your time on this app, it wont remember your password and it forces an extremely secure password (for a coupon app?).

Downloaded it and everything, got three coupons and now they are expired which is fine but the problem is I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY NEW COUPONS. The original ones say null but are still on the screen. I get notifications saying I have new offers then when I go theres nothing.

What kind of data is McDonalds sending to/from my phone?? Used 136 MB this morning while trying to find a store and using a coupon (multiple tries scanning code btw before cashier had to manually enter it in). You guys need to step it up. The app is horrid and gives McD a bad rep.
