Used to go all the time because chicken nuggets are a ripoff in Canada otherwise, but not creating an account just to get coupons.

Not impressed with this latest update. What I liked about the app was that I could use the coupons and it took a few seconds for the coupons to load. Now the mailer coupons are not even built into the app and I have to spend time waiting for the Internet to open and then find my province and then wait for that to open! To speed things up, Ive had to turn my Wifi off because the McDonalds Wifi in the locations Ive been to is painfully slow. It takes three times as long to wait for the coupons to open that it does to order, pay and collect your food. Definitely need to return to the old system. This is not an improvement. As for an idea. The app should allow a person to pre-order from their phone. A person could save a favorite order to reuse or pick a new order. If the kiosk could read the order from a bar code on the phone like it reads coupons and with Apple Pay or tap function on debit cards, the time at kiosks could drastically drop make the kiosks a time saving option.

Also, your staff are unable to scan those dumb QR codes you show on your coupons. A whole app just to download a friggin coupon in PDF format, thats crazy.

A big letdown! App deleted ASAP!

The old app was better. It was clean, simple, and intuitive. This new one they put marketing at the forefront and hid the mailer coupons by letting you dig further which then launches your mobile browser. So you think there are no more mailer coupons because instead they present app coupons that are fewer. Navigation is junk. They need to bring the old design back.

Click mailer coupon and u will see the old fashioned ones. Why jot integrate them together?

I used the old app for quick access to coupons instead of dealing with the mail-ins. Now Im deleting the app because it requires you to sign up. Eating unhealthily is now less appealing! Thanks!

Please update for iPhone 7 plus and iOS 10. You are big enough the be able to provide an updated app to your customer.

Sunny_avb works for them. No more full coupons on the app. Its all crap, McDonalds , seriously , fix it

App wont work on my phone, says I need to update but my IOS is too old to download new version. WTF, my hardware cannot update to newer IOS and now the app is useless.

Look at all the rest of the unhappy reviews. Whoever gives a positive must work for McDonalds. The app is a nightmare! Codes are glitchy, the mandatory scanning doesnt work and mgr not approve, so Huge waste. Register=invasion of privacy. The deals are crap too. Bring the old app back!!! It had better deals and no problems.

The app is actually useless unless you make an account. Why would I want emails from McDonalds? No thanks. Just give me the coupons.

There are no offers at all at any of the 3 mcdonalds near me in this app, and yet there are valid mailer coupons on the mobile website and in my mailbox. WTF McDonalds app designers. Really......? How is this useful? Im forced to create an account - but dont get a welcome thank you offer? Come on. Even when Im signed in with an account the app still shows ads to "register to get offers". How dumb can you make an app. Does no one actually care about UI/UX??? The app looks old and not designed for newer iPhones and newer versions of iOS. McDonalds, if you really want to be relevant to a new generation you are really going to have to step up and reimagine your mobile app. Right now it serves little useful purpose.

I expected a little more utility out of this. The nutrition info is interesting for some but the only functionality seems to be receiving occasional coupon offers and then being able to locate the nearest restaurant so I can use them. Wheres the remote order and pay functions that some people would rather use in the parking lot instead of queueing up at the counter or the new self-serve screens? Looks like were still having it MacDonalds way.
